Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Liwely mobile application operated by Liwely.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Liwely, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Liwely. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Liwely. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store that content solely to provide the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Liwely offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Subscription fees are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds are governed by the respective app store's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

6. AI Features

AI-generated insights are provided for informational and reflective purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. Do not rely on AI insights as a substitute for professional guidance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
• Using the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Circumventing subscription limits or access controls.
• Impersonating any person or entity.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Liwely is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liwely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
