• User Content: Journal entries, family posts, and any text you submit through the app.
• Device Information: Push notification tokens (Expo / device) used solely to send you notifications.
• Usage Data: Subscription plan, feature usage counts, and app interaction metadata.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Liwely service.
• To generate AI-powered insights from your journal entries (Pro plan feature).
• To send push notifications you have opted into.
• To process subscription payments via RevenueCat.
• To communicate service updates or support responses.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• RevenueCat – subscription and in-app purchase management.
• OpenAI – AI insight generation from journal entry data (anonymised where possible).
• Expo / Apple APNS / Google FCM – push notification delivery.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Liwely is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
